For purchases made between November 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016, you may return your selection with original proof of purchase for an immediate exchange or refund (less shipping and processing) until January 31, 2017. Orders with quantities of 10 or more units of a single item are excluded from the Holiday Return policy and are subject to our normal 30 day return policy. Non-returnable items are expressly noted.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from any of Mattel’s online stores, you may return your selection with original proof of purchase for an immediate exchange or refund (less shipping and processing) within 30 days of receipt. Non-returnable items are expressly noted. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
To return an item, please complete the steps 1 and 2.
Option 1: Print a prepaid shipping label for your packageWe will deduct $6.95 from your refund for the use of this label.
Option 2: Send your return with a pre-addressed shipping label.
Please send your completed return form, product, and proof of purchase packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box. Remove any other addresses and barcodes from the outside of the box, affix the label to the package, and give it to any postal carrier or post office.
